Frozen black cherries were on sale, and I have been dying to make cherry pie now that it is warm out. So I bought a bunch! So here is my filling recipe!
Ingredients:
6c Cherries (I used frozen black cherries)
1/2c cherry juice (from frozen cherries, water if you use fresh cherries)
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
4 Tbsp Cornstarch
