My husband and I have been flirting with losing weight off and on since we got married. Last year however, we found the best way for us, was just to have a mealplan! A basic mealplan made it easier for us to not snack on cookies, to prevent me from over-baking, and to eat out less. Believe it or not, we not only lost weight eating things we wanted to eat, but we saved money! For me it is easier to plan meals when I can see them on my fridge, and when it's fun (or cute). So I printed off some of these, fill them out at the beginning of the week, and then just look at what I need to do the night before. Easy peasy.
